Discreet cat has been scratched out of the race due to a "high temperature."
Godolphin's undefeated Discreet cat was to start his four-year-old campaign by racing against 15 at Nad Al Sheba's "Super Thursday".
Thursday's Lahan Burj Nahaar Stakes, where Discreet Cat would have been the heavy weight, is a Group 3 contest (United Arab Emirates).
Discreet Cat's final race of 2006 was the Cigar Mile Handicap last Fall, where he won by 3 1/4 lengths, giving him six wins in as many starts.
The Dubai Racing Carnival completes with the Dubai World Cup on March 31, when Discreet Cat is to race against Invasor again, whose only career loss was in last year's UAE Derby against Discreet Cat.
